Physical Therapy
At FSH we have a spacious, fully equipped Physical Therapy Exercise Gym where experienced physical therapists work as a team to maximize patient recovery. We offer both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services. Outpatient physical therapy is conveniently located on the ground floor and is easily accessible from Foundation’s free parking garage.

Imaging Services
Foundation is committed to making the latest technology available to our patients. Our hospital imaging department has digital imaging for magnetic resonance images (MRI), computed tomography (CT) x-ray and fluoroscopy. We offer full body, head and neck, gastrointestinal and pain management exams as well as myelograms.

Sports Medicine

Emergency/Urgent Care
At FSH we offer 24 hour care, seven days a week. Our emergency department is equipped to care for minor to mild orthopedic and spine injuries. Triage assessment is conducted by a registered nurse and the extent of the patient’s injury is evaluated by our emergency staff to determine treatment.

Pain Management
