HOW TO REFER YOUR PATIENT
If you would like to refer a patient, please call 713-314-4400 and speak with a professional in our Concierge Department. Once HOSH has the necessary information from the referring physician, a HOSH Hospital liaison will contact the patient directly to educate them about our physicians and set up a consultation. |
