PENNY CARROLL, PHARMACY DIRECTOR AT HOSH, RECEIVES 2012 CPS "BEST PRACTICES" AWARD
Memphis, TN -- (December 15, 2011) – Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS) presented top honors to employees recently during the company’s Annual Meeting held in conjunction with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) mid-year conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The 2012 Best Practices Award for the Southwest Region was presented to Penny Carroll, Pharmacy Director at Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital. The award is presented to the Director of Pharmacy of the site with a score of 95% or better on CPS’ annual Operational Audit.
