The quality of care during both experiences was excellent. The Nursing Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Allison was especially helpful and made each interaction a teaching experience. She made sure I understood the reason for the Doctor’s instructions.
I also was impressed with the little touches that made my stay(s) manageable. The admitting process was smooth and accomplished before I came. The discharge process was efficient. The physical therapist adapted her instructions to my daily living needs. The food service choices were excellent. My wife stayed with me and the sleeping accommodation was very good. Safety was paramount.
